Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or Special Orders: Parts that are custom-made or ordered specifically for you.
- Electrical Parts: Electrical components cannot be returned if they have been installed or opened.
- Discounted Items: Items purchased on clearance or with significant discounts are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@tractorpartonline.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, missing parts, or items returned after the 30-day period).
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returned items that are not defective or incorrectly shipped.
Cancellations
